Happily Ever After... is an installation of multiple miniature paintings that interact together to create larger narratives. This work utilizes fabric, wax, oil paint, and intaglio and Van Dyke photography processes, on a series of 50 small individual panels. The work combines a lexicon of symbolic images, which reference home, childhood, motherhood, feminism, consumerism, and global development.
